Requirements

Ability to safely and confidently operate heavy equipment.
Focus on safety, situational awareness, and teamwork.
Willingness to learn and adapt to site procedures.
Clear communication and collaborative approach.
Attention to operational detail and production efficiency.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

Operate a variety of heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and haul trucks.
Perform pre-operation inspections and report equipment concerns.
Safely load, transport, and stockpile materials as directed.
Assist with routine site maintenance and cleanup tasks.
Follow safety protocols and communicate effectively with team leads.
