Requirements
- Ability to safely operate equipment in a variety of conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to step in and help the team
- Good communication and awareness on active jobsites
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond when the job requires it
- Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire

- Experience operating one or more of the following: Dozers
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Motor Graders (Blades)
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Haul Trucks
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Track Hoes (Excavators)
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Loaders
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Water Trucks
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Skid Steers
- Experience operating one or more of the following: Backhoes
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner across a variety of jobsite conditions
- Support site work, maintenance, and project-based operations across industrial and construction environments
- Perform daily equipment inspections and identify/report maintenance needs
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to execute work plans
- Adapt to changing jobsite conditions and support the team wherever needed
- Follow all company and client safety standards without exception
