Equipment Operator
About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Support site production and sales through safe heavy equipment operations: front end loader, dozer, excavator. Coordinate with on-site operators and customers to quickly and safely load trucks, receive inbound material, move stockpiles, mine quarry rock, and similar activities Operate and maintain crush plant and related fixed equipment. Collaborate with operations, sales, and maintenance teams to identify opportunities and implement process improvements. Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, reliability, and production performance. Promote and uphold safety practices, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong heavy equipment operating experience and skill; with a track record of safety.
- Capability to safely work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Technical and mechanical competency.
- Clear and professional communication skills; ability to work as part of a team and to interact with internal operators and mechanics as well as customers.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.
