About The Position

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and support daily operational engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance Analyze processes, equipment, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives Support project planning and execution, including upgrades, modifications, and capital improvements Ensure engineering practices align with operational, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • Demonstrated capability in operational or industrial engineering within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and operational levels
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Proficiency with engineering tools, systems, and technical documentation
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
