About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Inventory Equipment Operator to join our growing Inventory Department and support our expanding operations at the Corsicana, TX facility. In this vital on-site role, you will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor and serve as a cornerstone of our daily warehouse activities, ensuring the seamless flow and accuracy of our stock. You will be responsible for safely operating machinery to move, organize, and audit materials, requiring a hands-on professional who is committed to safety and operational excellence. Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years material handling/equipment operation experience.
  • 1-3 years in warehousing/inventory control/shipping/receiving.
  • Experience with productivity and communication tools.

Responsibilities

  • Operate forklift/sky track/pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move material around the campus.
  • Inspect equipment for safety and maintenance, reporting any issues discovered.
  • Verify material count from deliveries matches packing slips; report any differences between actual count and stock levels.
  • Identify damaged, returned or miss ordered inventory and fill out the appropriate paperwork for any returns.
  • Update inventory counts using various inventory computer programs.
  • Accurately complete and record all paperwork in a timely manner and submit to the supervisor.
  • Receive and process deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate counts of inventory.
  • Basic housekeeping such as sweeping, dusting, and keeping the warehouse clean.
