Requirements

• Ability to safely operate equipment in a variety of conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to step in and help the team
• Good communication and awareness on active jobsites
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and respond when the job requires it
• Must be willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire

• Experience operating one or more of the following: Dozers
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Motor Graders (Blades)
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Haul Trucks
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Track Hoes (Excavators)
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Loaders
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Water Trucks
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Skid Steers
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Backhoes

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner across a variety of jobsite conditions
• Support site work, maintenance, and project-based operations across industrial and construction environments
• Perform daily equipment inspections and identify/report maintenance needs
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to execute work plans
• Adapt to changing jobsite conditions and support the team wherever needed
• Follow all company and client safety standards without exception
