Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour, with annual increases per union contract guidelines 1st Shift : This position requires has start times at 4AM-12PM or 6AM-2PM, depending on operational needs. Availability for shift may vary depending on current staffing needs at the time of screening Position Summary In this position, you will safely operate power equipment to transport pallets from the warehouse receiving dock to proper warehouse destinations. Power Equipment machinery: including but not limited to a TSP/Hyracker, Cherrypicker (order-picker), freight runner, reach truck. In this position, you will be required to wear a harness while reaching heights up to 30 feet.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
  • Must willing to become certified on all equipment needed to complete job task (we will certify in-house)
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Must be willing to lift 30-50 lbs solo, up to 75 lbs occasionally on a team lift.
  • Previous warehouse experience
