Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of row crop farming or heavy equipment experience preferred
Basic mechanical and troubleshooting ability
Comfortable with — or eager to learn — precision ag technology
Strong attention to detail, especially around chemical application
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to obtain a Class A non-commercial CDL (we'll support you through the process)
Ability to obtain spraying and irrigation licenses (training provided)

Responsibilities

Operate sprayers, grain carts, combines, and hauling equipment
Mix and apply agricultural chemicals safely and in compliance with regulations
Set up, monitor, and maintain irrigation systems
Assist with planting, harvesting, and general field operations
Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Load, transport, and handle grain and materials
Participate in daily team planning meetings and communicate clearly with teammates
Follow all safety and environmental standards
