About The Position

The Equipment Operator will perform cross-functioned duties in plant maintenance, production, and equipment operation at the Lebanon, TN location. This role is essential for assisting in various plant operations including production, quality control, loading, and shipping. The operator will also assist with preventative and routine maintenance on mobile and plant equipment, and must be willing to cross-train in all plant areas. Additionally, the operator will learn to operate plant-specific mobile equipment, perform daily pre/post-shift inspections on equipment, and maintain a maintenance log. Good housekeeping in areas of responsibility is also required, along with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School degree
• 1+ year related experience
• Valid US drivers license
