About The Position

Our Warehouse Equipment Operators are the heartbeat of our distribution center. Let Foot Locker teach you these skills to start a career where you can master the art of maneuvering industrial powered equipment and we will provide you certification to use any machine within our facility. This seasonal role will last up to 90 days, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement. Available Schedule: Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:30AM until 7:00PM.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Have a positive attitude and be open to learning.
• Work well with others and prioritize customer needs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes.
• Basic proficiency in speaking and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all power equipment within the Camp Hill Supply Chain.
• Ensure all assigned equipment is fully operational at beginning of shift.
• Operates heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in a distribution facility.
• Performs daily inspection on assigned equipment and refers defects or needed repairs to the supervisor.
• Properly follows company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, operate Radio-Frequency (RF) device, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.

Benefits

• Base rate paid bi-weekly: $17.51 per hour.
• Earn $0.26 wage increase following the completion of 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of service.
• Incentive Pay: $3.00 per hour.
• Shift Differential: Weekend Shift payout of $40.00 if full 36.00 scheduled hours are met.
• Attendance Bonus: Earn a $40.00 Attendance Bonus per week.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both obtain $900.
