As an Tractor Loader Equipment Operator, you play a critical role in our growth and success by delivering exceptional client experiences through: Safely mowing highways, roadsides, and large-area site Acting as a Truck Spotter, keeping trucks and equipment clean and in good working order Operating heavy equipment to clear roadways, parking lots, docks, and loading areas during winter storms, snow/rain mixes, and extreme weather conditions Utilizing tractors with Batwings, slope mowers, and string trimmers (experience strongly preferred)

Requirements

  • Pass pre-hire drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post incident drug testing
  • Have valid driver’s license
  • Snow removal experience is a plus (i.e. heavy equipment operator, sidewalk crew experience)
  • Work in different weather elements including and not limited to extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rain
  • Required to be on call 24/7 during the winter season including weekends and holidays
  • During the winter season must be time flexible, without schedule restrictions
  • During the winter season are expected to complete their assigned shift and/or route, expect and be well prepared to work long hours when called
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, walk repeatedly for a continuous period
  • Able to follow instructions and complete assignments
  • Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly
  • Read maps, and able to communicate and work well with others

Responsibilities

  • Safely mowing highways, roadsides, and large-area site
  • Acting as a Truck Spotter, keeping trucks and equipment clean and in good working order
  • Operating heavy equipment to clear roadways, parking lots, docks, and loading areas during winter storms, snow/rain mixes, and extreme weather conditions
  • Utilizing tractors with Batwings, slope mowers, and string trimmers
