About The Position

The Machine Operator I position involves essential duties and responsibilities that include adjusting parameters to ensure good quality and optimal machine efficiency, interpreting machine faults, and determining root causes. The operator must be capable of performing minor machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups without maintenance intervention. The role requires flexibility in operating multiple moderately complex machines, which typically involve press and torque fitments, have less than 10 stations, and require moderate levels of operator attention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years' experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Basic Microsoft (Outlook, Excel, Word) and computer experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of machine maintenance or repair.

Responsibilities

• Adjust parameters to ensure good quality and optimal machine efficiency.

• Permanently rectify issues within the validated condition of the equipment.
• Perform minor machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups without maintenance intervention.
