The position is responsible for operating specialized maintenance equipment and is proficient in the use of handheld equipment, hand tools, and other power equipment. The role involves performing asset and infrastructure improvements and manual labor as necessary. Responsibilities also include maintaining the greenhouses, sorting, planting, watering, spraying, weeding, cultivating, and pruning trees and shrubs. The position requires disking and mowing pastures, fields, and food plots using rotary tillers, tractors, power sprayers, and lawnmowers, as well as planting trees, mowing around flower beds, and spraying chemicals as needed to eliminate pests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in an industry-related position or craft.
• Must complete Division specific training as directed.
• Must obtain a Class B Missouri Commercial Driver's License with air brake endorsement within six (6) months of hire.
• Heavy lifting is required, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Class A commercial driver's license with air brake endorsement and HAZMAT or ability to obtain/retain HAZMAT endorsement within six (6) months of hire.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities
