About The Position
Join Soiland Company— a family-owned business proudly rooted in Sonoma County since 1962—as a full-time Equipment Operator and General Laborer at our Stony Point Rock Quarry site, located in Cotati, California. This position offers a combination of heavy equipment operation—including the water truck, skid steer, and haul truck—and hands-on labor to support day-to-day site operations. Duties may include tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, and general yard or plant support. We’re seeking a dependable, safety-minded individual who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute as part of a hardworking, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes initiative, and can work effectively both independently and alongside others. Stony Point Rock Quarry is an active quarry and aggregate recycling facility focused on producing high-quality construction and landscape materials.
