About The Position

Chevy, Ford, Kenworth MD The goal of the truck mechanic position is to contribute to the preventative maintenance and repair of trucks and snowplows and salters. Changing oil, filters, inspection and replacing worn parts, lights, heaters, brakes, etc. including diagnostic scanner use. Test drive equipment, safety conscious, consistent on time performance, strong mechanical skills. Ability to follow basic instructions. Since 1983, the Acres Group a Yellowstone Company, has been providing premium quality landscape maintenance, installation, design build projects, and snow removal.
Requirements
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Able to pass DOT medical exams
- Must have own tools
- Three (3) to five (5) years mechanical experience
- Some Knowledge of Landscape and Snow removal equipment
Responsibilities
- Perform service calls during snow operations.
- Seasonal shift to snow plows and salters
- Be open to and make suggestions for improved equipment or repair procedures, willingness to experiment for continued improvement.
- Must be available during snow operations.
