The Patch, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is a newly renovated golf facility in the heart of Augusta, Georgia designed and dedicated for the local residents of Augusta to enjoy and continue to grow the game of golf. The Patch property's unique topography will bring beautiful views, and high-end agronomic standards will be a best-in-class public golf facility. The Patch has been designed by Tom Fazio and Beau Welling and Par 3 course 'The Loop' has been designed by Tiger Woods. The turf types are Tahoma 31 bermudagrass tees, fairways, and rough, Tif-Eagle bermudagrass greens, and centipede native areas. The Patch is searching for a passionate, experienced, detailed Equipment Manager for our operation to help implement a high standard of cutting units, training, and collaboration with all staff to ensure peak performance. This role is a pivotal part of the day-to-day operation and culture we are building here at The Patch.
Requirements
- Problem-solving skills.

- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to read repair manuals for various types of vehicles and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Repairs and services club equipment and vehicles.
- Maintains heavy equipment that includes hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery.
- Inspects ground support vehicles and equipment to determine whether repairs are needed.
- Troubleshoots issues or problems with vehicles and machinery as necessary to make repairs.
- Schedules periodic maintenance for ground support vehicles and equipment.
- Maintains a clean and safe repair shop.
- Tracks inventory of parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintains repair log for vehicles and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
