About the position

The Equipment Maintenance Technician at Best Promotions USA is responsible for the daily inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of light manufacturing equipment, with a focus on electrical and mechanical issues. The role requires general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe operation, as well as the ability to perform minor repairs in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment and may need to adapt to flexible hours and overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspection of manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair light manufacturing equipment, focusing on electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
• Conduct minor repairs and/or installation of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe operation
• Follow established safety and operational requirements
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions
• Lift up to 50lbs and work on feet for 8 hours
• Utilize preventive maintenance software as needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in commercial light manufacturing maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry
• General math skills required
• Reliable work history

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Screen Printing or Dye Sublimation equipment
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Preventive Maintenance software experience
