We are seeking skilled BEOL Equipment Maintenance Technicians to join Polar Semiconductor in Bloomington, MN. In this role, you will monitor, sustain, and improve Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) semiconductor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment. You will partner closely with production team members and area engineers to ensure tools operate at peak performance, minimize downtime, and maintain process stability. This position is hands-on, highly technical, and critical to sustaining high-quality semiconductor manufacturing operations.
