We are looking for a highly motivated Equipment Maintenance Technician to support our growing Ethium production team.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in a technical-related field, military electronics training, or equivalent prior technician experience.
Minimum of 3 years of equipment technician experience, preferably with preventive maintenance responsibilities.
Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge with proven troubleshooting ability.
Proficiency in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, including robotic systems, electrical components, and controllers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Comply with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment issues and maintenance activities.
Participate in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Provide training and support to other technicians as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
