Click here to view full job description Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000 DOE The salary range is negotiable depending on experience. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within the range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Office Setting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling office equipment. Visual acuity is required for reading and reviewing digital and printed materials. Occasional standing and walking within the office environment. Exposure to a Manufacturing and Production Environment: Work involves exposure to environments with high levels of heat, noise, and moving parts Must be able to work in hot & cold environments and on concrete floors Maintain clean and organized personal and shared workspaces Ability to interact with team members and managers in a positive and professional manner despite occasional periods of stress Work while wearing the appropriate Personal Protection (PPE), including but not limited to safety eyewear and hearing protection Able to regularly lift 35 lbs. and occasionally lift 50 lbs. with own strength, as well as heavier amounts laterally or vertically using available tools such as a forklift, pallet jack, or hand truck Stamina to stand for long periods of time Flexibility to stretch/reach, bend/stoop, squat and kneel repetitively during the workday Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Manufacturing environments may involve exposure to loud machinery, varying temperatures, and moving equipment. The employee will need to adhere to all safety protocols while onsite, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to thrive in this dynamic work environment, which combines creative tasks with physical presence in diverse settings. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud most of the time. The use of ear plugs will be required on some days. The temperature of the production facility varies with the seasons and is often cold during winter months and warm during summer months.
