The Equipment Maintenance Department is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist for the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Manufacturing Facility at the Schwartz Campus in Moscow, Idaho on our swing shift team 3-11:30PM. We are looking for motivated individuals who can work effectively in a fast paced, multi equipment production environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn a broad range of automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment and follow established procedures for performing preventive maintenance tasks. This role will also assist with leaching operations on rinse and chemical bath systems while adhering to all safety, chemical handling, and process control guidelines. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, a typical day might include the following: Performing basic preventive maintenance on production equipment under moderate direction and guidance. Evaluating equipment conditions during preventive maintenance and elevating needed corrective actions as appropriate. Making accurate entries to the equipment maintenance database. Effectively communicating with customers during maintenance procedures. Demonstrating situational awareness as you navigate a variety of potentially hazardous situations and chemicals.
