Requirements

• 5-7 years related equipment maintenance experience required.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Must be fluent in English, i.e. speaking, reading, writing.

Responsibilities

• Must be conversant with 480/220 volts AC used in pumps, starters and solenoids, etc.
• Use multimeters and amp probes to check electrical systems.
• Perform Stick Welding or Tig Welding.
• Conduct Brazing and Plumbing tasks.
• Read mechanical and electrical blueprints and fabricate from prints.
• Use cutting and milling machines.
• Know pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Repair surface media tumbling machinery.
• Repair exhaust / extraction systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Servo-Drives and DC power supplies.
• Operate a forklift.
• Calibrate plasma and vacuum console gauges.
• Analyze mechanical and/or design problems related to the process.
