About The Position

AIS Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Asset Equipment Manager to oversee the lifecycle, performance, and utilization of company equipment, fleet, and operational assets across our construction operations. This role is responsible for strategic asset planning, equipment performance optimization, maintenance coordination, and cost control to support safe, efficient project execution. Internally, this position operates as an Asset Manager, with enterprise-level (site level, etc. based on the level job being listed) responsibility for equipment, machinery, vehicles, tools, and supporting asset systems. The Equipment Manager serves as the primary owner of AIS Infrastructure's equipment and asset portfolio, ensuring assets are deployed effectively, maintained properly, and managed in alignment with safety, financial, and operational goals. This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Project Teams to maximize uptime, reduce lifecycle costs, and support project delivery across multiple locations.

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and budgeting principles as they relate to asset management.
  • Proficiency in using asset management software and related technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and information.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive asset management decisions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining asset records and documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Customer service skills to address internal and external asset management inquiries.
  • Physical requirements may include walking, standing, and lifting heavy objects.
  • Mental demands may include managing multiple priorities, making decisions under pressure, and analyzing complex asset management data.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions, if required for site visits or inspections.

  • Relevant certifications or licenses in asset management or related areas (e.g., Certified Asset Manager, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) preferred.
