The Equipment Logistics Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, inventorying, and issuing equipment for construction and distribution activities. This position plays a key part in ensuring that all equipment and materials are efficiently organized and delivered to job sites across the state of Florida. The Equipment Logistics Associate will work both collaboratively as part of the CCEL operations team and independently when managing assigned operational directives. All daily activities are conducted to promote the company’s vision, mission, and core values, supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional work outside this schedule to meet business needs.

  • Coordinate and maintain an efficient equipment logistics operation across the warehouse and job sites.
  • Safely transport equipment (e.g., skid steers, scissor lifts, temporary fencing) and materials to and from job sites using company vehicles.
  • Set up and maintain ICRA containment around equipment as required for job site safety and infection control, ensuring compliance with project protocols and safety standards.
  • Load, unload, and secure equipment for transport, ensuring safe handling at all times.
  • Process and track equipment and inventory for delivery, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Sort, organize, and store equipment and materials in their designated locations for easy access.
  • Inspect, scan, and verify equipment to ensure quality and readiness for use.
  • Report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness, including warehouse, pallet areas, and equipment storage zones.
  • Follow company Policies, Procedures, and Best Practices Guidelines, including the Master Forms Library.
  • Prepare and fulfill equipment requests: pulling materials, packing, and scheduling deliveries efficiently.
  • Apply best practices for handling, storing, and transporting equipment safely and securely.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment inventory control, including usage logs and maintenance records.
  • Contribute to team goals and support other logistics operations as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to expand knowledge of equipment operations.
  • Perform other equipment-related functions as assigned by management.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possesses and maintains a valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent follow-up both internally and externally.
  • Professional and polished in appearance, demeanor, and communication.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
  • Quick to learn and follow safety rules and regulations related to warehouse operations and equipment usage.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to read and write at a level required for successful job performance.
  • Flexible with work hours, consistent with CCEL Warehouse operations.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
