About The Position

The Resident's Pad Specialists primary responsibility is to provide residents with accurate information and guidance on waste disposal at the Landfill Resident's Pad Location, and to ensure a welcoming environment while they use our facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and adhere to waste disposal regulations and procedures.
• Willingness to undergo training and develop a deep understanding of SWACO's operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing high-quality service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct customers on where and how to dispose of their waste at the SWACO Residents Pad
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on waste disposal procedures.
• Actively listen to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and maintain a clean and organized Residents' Pad.
• Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and unauthorized waste is identified and reported.
