This position is responsible for the installation of all equipment in the practitioner’s office with a focus on excellent customer service. The technician will work with a supervisor to improve customer service skills, develop the ability to use provided support tools, and increase product knowledge. The role aims to drive installation success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability. The technician will manage more complex installation cases, troubleshoot and resolve issues at a higher level, and support additional products.
