Position Summary The Equipment Installation Engineer will be responsible for the safe installation of semiconductor photo equipment, ensuring maintenance of quality standards and adherence to scheduled timelines.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics or similar technical degree. Or have tenor longer then 10 Years of Photolithography.
  • Have more than more then 10 Years of Photolithography.
  • Greater than 5 years experience in semiconductor Equipment Engineering.
  • Experience with One or more Photo equipment: ASML, Cymer, Gigaphoton, Canon, Tel and Semes.
  • Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and experience of Photolithography equipment, and processes.
  • Understand basic Safety principals surrounding industrial semiconductor and high volume manufacturing.
  • Understand facilities that impact Photolithography tools and process.
  • Common knowledge of Mechanical interfaces for Mechanical piping and ducting.
  • Able to utilize most software programs, including: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Autodesk products.
  • Flexibility to manage multiple projects, preparation, experience and leadership.
  • Positive attitude and work ethic.
  • Coordination: Gets members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to deliver and present reports of a technical nature on short notice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions, using quality systems like 8D< 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and flow charts.
  • Judgment and Decision Making: Considers the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate solution for direct reports and equipment.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Works well in a team environment and effectively communicates throughout the department and organization.
