About The Position

This role manages and coordinates best in class equipment leasing services for Wiese’s Regional teams for their customers to close sales utilizing financial merchandising tools and products. You will be a skilled collaborator, team player, and negotiator with the ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and directly with customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Equipment Lease Origination: Learn all finance programs/current sources
  • Propose payment options for all retail opportunities
  • Database Administration
  • Negotiate with finance vendors to maximize Wiese market position
  • Help sales team structure deals to win business and fit customer needs
  • Quote Wiese Leases/Long Term Rentals
  • Choose best finance source for each equipment lease
  • Work directly with customer as needed
  • Equipment Leasing Credit Process: Process credit applications/request (fax, email etc)
  • Negotiate with leasing vendors to approve as submitted
  • Negotiate final numbers for Wiese (goal of adding 1.5% in additional Gross Profit/Revenue)
  • Maintain an approval rate of >95%
  • Choose best leasing vendor for each deal
  • Obtain credit information from customer as needed
  • Equipment Leasing Documentation: Request, print and mail documents to appropriate salesperson/sales administration
  • Coordinate document language disputes between leasing vendor and customers
  • Coordinate execution of all documents required for equipment leasing to include customer signatures as needed
  • Equipment Lease Terminations: Maintain Wiese active in-term and month to month asset list
  • Publish monthly terminations to Regional teams
  • Maintain database and tickler system for each asset
  • Follow up with each Regional team for status of lease terminations
  • Provide end of term release and purchase options for customers
  • New Equipment Inventory: Maintain Wiese’s new equipment inventory plan
  • Use forecasting tool to recommend needed units
  • Work with Regional teams, Sales Directors and Rental Managers to obtain appropriate replacement specs for needed equipment
  • Recommend where to location to ship and store equipment
  • Coordinate inventory order processing with Sales Administration
