About The Position

The position involves operating heavy duty equipment to move materials around the site as directed, adhering to company guidelines and safety standards. The operator will use standard operating procedures to troubleshoot malfunctions or issues that may arise during operations. Under direct supervision, the operator will also adjust equipment to maximize production efficiency. In addition to these primary responsibilities, the successful candidate may be expected to take on other tasks and assignments as required, which may include duties outside the typical scope of the role to support overall team operations and organizational needs. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving job demands are essential for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of mobile equipment operation
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA regulations
• Strong time management skills
