Recharge with 15 days of paid time off Competitive Salary and Bonuses 401k Plan Summary As an Equipment Engineer, you will provide expert technical assistance and support to the Food & Beverage Group, specifically in the areas of chemical handling, dilution, and safety. You will oversee all aspects of equipment and engineering-related issues for the Food Group.

Requirements

  • You have a Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Food-related disciplines).
  • You have experience in the Food and Beverage Industry.
  • You have proven experience in technical project sales, including proposal creation, presentations, and closing deals.
  • You are familiar with CAD software.
  • You have engineering project management experience, particularly within the food and beverage industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee start-up and commissioning activities for equipment installations, whether completed by internal employees or external installation partners.
  • You will monitor project performance against established goals and initiate corrective actions when performance is below expectations or issues arise.
  • You will ensure all documentation, including spare parts lists, drawings, and other technical documents, comply with contractual agreements, customer expectations, internal standards, and legal requirements.
  • You will conduct training for customer employees based on contractual agreements, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Train internal colleagues (service and sales teams) to guarantee efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.
