About The Position

Coordinate and carry out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step, lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, handle new process baseline qualifications and manage, audit and liaise with material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives. Establish and improve process condition and technology. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis. Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Evaluate products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications.

Requirements

• Semiconductor industry and technical troubleshooting
• Dry Etch equipment maintenance
• JMP and other data analysis programs
• Auxiliary support software, including E3/Klarity/SPACE for process control
• Controlling electro-mechanical systems including relay logic, servo-motors, and pneumatic systems
• TEL dry etch platforms including the Vigus, Telius SCCM, DRM, LK3, RK5 and RK6
