About The Position
Working in a world class Equipment Engineering organization with talented group of Equipment Engineers, Technicians, and technical supportive management. An organization that focuses on growth, talent development, and continuous improvement. Responsible to sustain, optimize, and improve Plasma Etch Semiconductor Equipment performance and reliability. Lead all maintenance activities scheduled and unscheduled on assigned equipment. Provide leadership, guidance and assistance to area technicians, drive cost savings projects, generate and execute on time improvement projects on assigned equipment. Work with Process, Production, Procurement, and Facility groups.
