About The Position

Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Equipment Development & Assembler who will be working in our St. Marys, PA location. This person will report to the Manager of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Requirements

• Have 3 years of machining or maintenance experience
• Positive attitude that thrives in a team environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Have experience with operating the following types of equipment: Vertical Mills (CNC and manual) Lathes Miter Saw Table Saw Band Saw (Horizontal and Vertical)
• Proficient in using Word, Outlook

Responsibilities

• Build/Implement new equipment and make suggestions for design alterations and improvements
• Provide technical advice / troubleshooting on existing equipment (Presses/Automation/Ovens)
• Program and operate CNC Mill
• Read technical part blueprints and assembly prints.
• Select vendors, obtain quotes for purchasing equipment and machine parts.
