Fulfillment Centers throughout the U.S. handle millions of items from tens of thousands of vendors and ships them across the globe each day. The successful IT Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing his/her skills to provide assistance to the operations team by maintaining IT inventory, coordinating ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department, and maintaining general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas. Requirements

Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
High School diploma or equivalent
Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
Experience in a customer-focused field or business

Nice To Haves

Experience in maintaining inventory levels including storage and procurement
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives

Responsibilities

allocation and maintenance of IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center
responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty
member of the larger IT team within the Fulfillment Center and will specifically support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed
