Under Guest Services Leadership, the Equipment Coordinator will inventory, manage, fix, and maintain equipment up to standard to meet the Department of Guest Services' needs. The incumbent will plan daily duties, monitor, and evaluate inventory to ensure equipment is in good working order, relocate equipment, and quarterly assessments. The individual in this role will execute tactics to remain consistent with communicating the status of all equipment to all levels of management. This includes planning and preparing equipment readiness to support large events, communicating with security personnel, mapping equipment locations, and escalating challenges that may affect the success of an event.
