About The Position

Equipment Coordinator will be responsible for assigned Fleet Services support functions across all business units as well as the overall system support and ongoing review of the fleet asset management systems Essential Functions Ensure overall accuracy of maintenance schedules and testing paperwork Indexing files via the Capture system System sync errors between the maintenance and dispatching systems Auditing Company car fleet- tracking vehicles, fuel cards, and driver support Licensing and Permitting compliance Tolls assignments and Tank washes In-service, transfer, and disposal tickets for equipment both owned and leased Provide ad-hoc reporting related to fleet inquiries Field Support Title work Updating Technician certifications in the fleet software Any other duties as assigned QualificationsQualifications 2-3-years recent experience related to transportation industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines. Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requirements

  • 2-3-years recent experience related to transportation industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
