About The Position

Mustang Cat is hiring an Equipment Control Clerk to assist with loading and unloading heavy construction equipment and moving equipment and attachments on site. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized equipment yard to ensure new, used, and customer-owned machines can be located quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with material handling and load movement
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work outdoors in non-climate-controlled environments and all weather conditions
• Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment
• Strong customer service skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload heavy construction equipment and attachments
• Move equipment and attachments throughout the yard as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient equipment yard
• Ensure new, used, and customer-owned machines are properly staged and easy to locate
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support customer and internal team needs in a fast-paced environment
• Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner on-site
