About The Position
Trillium is seeking an Equipment Assembly Technician for a direct-hire position. The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling equipment according to engineering drawings, ensuring that all components are remanufactured or rebuilt for field service operations. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with other technicians to maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process. The schedule for this position is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM CST and Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM CST. The pay range for this position is between $26.00 and $31.00 per hour, depending on experience. In this role, the technician will perform various tasks including conduit, tube, and pipe bending and threading according to prints. The use of common hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric power tools, and fork trucks is essential. The technician will also operate electric powered benders, riveters, drill presses, and chop saws. Maintaining accurate records regarding work performed at each stage of production is crucial, as is ensuring a safe and clean working environment by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations. The technician will document actions by completing production and quality forms and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Additionally, the technician will conduct testing of completed manufactured assemblies per a test checklist and remanufacture or rebuild components for field service operations.
