About The Position

We are seeking an Equipment Administrator / Material Handler to join our team. This role supports purchasing, vendor management, and equipment coordination for a major EPC company in the oil & gas and electric utility sectors.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Oracle experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with ToolWatch (plus).
  • Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics.
  • 1–3 years of purchasing/buying experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with: Construction equipment Equipment rentals Heavy equipment
  • Frequently required to sit, talk, and hear.
  • Occasionally required to walk, use hands/fingers, and reach with arms.
  • Ability to visit onsite field locations with limited overnight travel.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to team collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a “take-charge” attitude who shows initiative once trained.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum: 1 year of relevant experience.
