Performs a wide range of duties to facilitate the operation of the Food & Nutrition Department to include the cleaning / sanitation of food related carts. Perform scheduled pick up of trash, dishes. Cleans and assembles food carts in accordance with prescribed procedures to help reduce hazards concerning the potential contamination to patients, or staff members.
