We are currently seeking a part-time Equine Retail Sales Associate to join our expanding team of nine retail stores, with the potential for this position to transition to full-time in the future. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience. As an Equine Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalized customer service both in-store and over the phone. You will work closely with management to ensure that all customer needs are met and that they are informed of current promotions. Your duties will also include handling sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately and courteously, as well as developing and maintaining store displays and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
