As our Equine Client Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming voice and friendly face that clients interact with first-whether answering a call, scheduling a visit, or greeting them at the door. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by triaging phone calls and emergencies, managing appointments, and keeping the clinic organized and inviting. This is a dynamic, client-facing position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our veterinarians and fellow team members to support services ranging from ambulatory care, hospitalization, sports medicine, reproduction services, gastroscopy and endoscopy, pre-purchase exams, diagnostic services, lameness, and surgery. In addition to exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for helping both horses and their people, you'll bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset to even the most fast-paced days. Our ideal candidate is a team player with a strong background in client service and extensive equine knowledge-veterinary experience is a plus-and thrives in a role that blends organization, problem-solving, and compassion.
