This position supports the development and implementation of equine-specific activities related to equine-assisted learning/psychotherapy for community partners that are aligned and guided by practice, research, and professional training standards. The EAS Program Coordinator will assist in facilitation and applied support for equine-assisted learning and psychotherapy initiatives while also assisting faculty, students, and external partners in providing quality activities that ensure optimal equine welfare leading to positive outcomes. Additionally, the role will be crucial for reviewing activities to ensure they are following and aligning with PATH International industry standards as well as overall ethics, and guidelines of practice. The position requires collaboration across multiple internal and external entities and access to university systems and transportation for project-related activities.
