We are seeking a dedicated Equestrian Center Facility Attendant to care for our resort horses and maintain the Equestrian Center facility and grounds. This is a year-round position. At this time, we are not hiring seasonal staff.
Daily care of the resort herd: grooming, stable chores, field cleaning, and facility upkeep.
Ensuring safety and practicing safe habits.
Performing tasks like stacking hay, fence repair, and arena dragging.
Interacting with guests at the Equestrian Center.
Attending hospitality and luxury standards training classes.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum of five years of professional equestrian experience.
Gentle horse handling techniques and horsemanship skills.
Valid Driver’s License required
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 100 pounds.
Must be physically fit for various weather conditions.
First aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
