DCEO’s Office of Equal Opportunity Monitoring and Compliance(“EOMC”) is looking for a Compliance Officer to lead and support the Equal Opportunity Compliance Program for the WIOA Work Net Centers statewide. In coordination with the Office’s Deputy Director, this position develops, organizes, and maintains a system for investigating and monitoring equal opportunity and ADA compliance. This position will partner with the Office of Employment and Training to develop the Department’s Nondiscrimination Plan.
