About The Position
This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. The primary purpose of this position is to conduct high profile, complex, and specialized EEO investigations of DHS headquarters employees and applicants for employment. Such cases may involve particularly sensitive issues (such as sexual harassment), or high-level officials of the Department (such as bureau heads). This is a non-bargaining unit position.
