Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee the Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management (EPSRM) department's portfolio of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives and manage resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes. Manage and track expenditures for EPSRM initiatives. Oversee the management and successful completion of multiple, complex programs and projects in alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Develop and manage budgets for programs and projects and ensure expenditures are within approved limits. Monitor and manage program and project deliverables and financials, including expenses, forecasts, and variances. Allocate resources effectively across programs and projects to optimize personnel, budget, and time. Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Perform analysis, generate reports, and regularly communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on project trends, statuses, financials, risks, and issues. Coordinate with external partners and cross-enterprise teams as needed for project delivery and management. Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the portfolio management framework. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
7+ years Related Project Management required.

Nice To Haves

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred.
CompTIA Project+ Project+ preferred.
CompTIA Security+ Certification Security+ preferred.
CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional preferred.
CSM preferred.
