About The Position
In this unique position, the Elementary/Middle School Lead Educational Liaison will work to build relationships with youth referred by Franklin County Children Services, school personnel, foster parents, kinship providers, and FCCS caseworkers to support the academic success of youth in custody of FCCS. Liaison expected to form positive peer working relationships with Elementary/Middle School Liaison team, to provide case consultation, support in organization of workflow, as well as guidance on program protocol and procedures. Liaison will complete weekly and monthly SACWIS reports, as well as proof elementary/middle school team's individual reports using an established report check list. Liaison will also participate in the Partnership for Success SEL Collaborative.
