We are currently searching for an EPS Production Associate at our Rockford, MN location. This is a critical role responsible for correct assembly, packaging of finished goods, line operations and quality assurance checks. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or similar job/environment, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and ability.
  • Work in a team-based environment.
  • Work shift schedule, including overtime.
  • Follow directions and get along well with others.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to draft routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must be able to communicate orally and written in English.
  • Ability to calculate figures by using basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must have forklift operator license at time of hire/transfer or be able to obtain certification within 90 days of hire/transfer into job.
  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Product Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

Responsibilities

  • Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
  • Responsible for understanding and assisting on-line operations.
  • Monitors product quality through checks, counting, packaging, and removing defective products.
  • Strings up the line, starts/stops and runs the line, and clears routine jams.
  • Removes, collects, and grinds scrap product.
  • Prepares packaging materials and equipment and performs all associated paperwork.
  • Assembles finished product units.
  • Assists in other areas of the plant as needed.
