We are seeking Epoxy Technicians who are either experienced or willing to learn the necessary skills for epoxy flooring installation. The role involves preparing edges with grinders, operating various types of grinders and vacuums, mixing and installing repair materials, and applying topcoats. Technicians will work with a variety of epoxy and urethane products, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards. The position may require working on your knees and lifting heavy materials, as well as occasional weekend and shift work. For those interested in a leadership role, the Epoxy Crew Foreman position requires additional experience and management responsibilities.
